Just figured I'd let everyone know before they heard it through the gossip channels and it got all blown out of proportion. I was injured a lil at work yesterday, had something rather heavy fall directly onto my left wrist. There's some bruising and swelling, and I'm pretty sure it hit a nerve because I couldn't feel my fingers for six and a half hours after and if I turn my wrist the wrong way, they go numb all over again. It also feels a bit like someone's holding a flame against my wrist on occasion. Its not broken, I know that much, a slight sprain maybe. I've got it wrapped up for extra support, and no, I'm not icing it, ice hurts my skin, I'm too sensative to it... yeah, I know, pretty odd for a girl who lives in the frozen tundra of Minnesota lol. So any ideas on how to un-pinch a nerve without a doctor poking at me to make it feel worse?
