I think I just surprised the hell out of a girl I haven't spoken to in around four years.  She and I were great friends all the way through highschool and I just got this feeling today that I should give her a call.  I tried her parents' place first, and they gave me a number where I could reach her.  So I called that number and just talked to her for about an hour or so.  There was a lot of "holy shit" and "wow" comments on her end, so I think I shocked her a bit.  I guess she and her boyfriend, with whom I also went to school, just bought a house out in Litch a few months ago.  I was glad to hear they're still together, cuz they were together while we were in school, so they've got at least 5 years or so into their relationship now.  We're gonna try to get together the next time she comes into St. Cloud.  I can't wait to see her, it feels like its been forever since we last saw eachother, and we used to be really close.  I know we may not be anymore as its been a long time and we're both different people than we were then, but maybe we can strike up a good friendship again.  Sometimes it does work that way.  All I know is it was awesome to talk to her again, and I'm glad I called.  It was nice to hear a voice I would have known anywhere
